Peachy Pecan Sundae

Celebrate the flavors of summer with this peachy pecan sundae! You’ll find those famous Pennsylvania peaches in our weekly sale display from August 1st – 7th, along with the ice cream, pecans, and a handful of other items that are perfect for a summer ice cream extravaganza!
Instructions
Allow ice cream to soften a bit. Gently toast the chopped pecans on a baking sheet or in a dry cast-iron skillet until slightly toasted and fragrant. Mix most of the chopped peaches, toasted pecans, and cinnamon into the vanilla ice cream. Scoop into four small bowls. Top with remaining pecans, peaches, and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
