Grilled Peach Melba

This twist on a classic peach melba takes this summer dessert to new heights, thanks to the smoky, caramelized flavor that the grill can impart. You’ll find many of the ingredients featured in our weekly sale from July 29th – August 4th, including IPM-grown Pennsylvania peaches, so it’s a great time to give it a try! If you’re short on time, note that the berry sauce and the grilled peaches can be prepared in advance for fast and easy assembly once you’re ready to indulge in this delicious treat!
