This simple curry recipe makes use of a delicious line of Maya Kaimal sauces that will bring the kind of flavor to your dish that typically only comes from simmering ingredients together for several hours. Thanks to these sauces, you’ll be able to develop that flavor in minutes for a quick weeknight meal, and they’re featured in our Indian-Cuisine-themed weekly sale from February 22nd – 28th at a great price!

Toss cubed chicken with curry, turmeric, and salt. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Saute the chicken, stirring frequently, for 3-5 minutes. Add the onion and cauliflower to the pot and continue to cook for another 5-8 minutes, or until onion softens. Add the Maya Kaimal sauce of your choice, coconut milk, and potatoes. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer on low for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Serve over rice and garnish with fresh basil and hot lime relish (see grocery aisle 3).
