Prepare pasta according to package directions in a pot of generously salted water. When pasta is nearly cooked al dente, toss in the broccoli florets to briefly blanch them for a minute, or so. Strain the pasta and broccoli and set them aside to cool. In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced onion, blanched broccoli florets, sliced peppers, and radishes with the pasta, feta, olives, and salad dressing. Add the diced salami, if using. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until chilled and serve garnished with shaved Parmesan and a bit of fresh parsley. Can be prepared several days in advance, if desired.
