This cranberry relish recipe is simple to prepare and makes an excellent accompaniment to many dishes from traditional Thanksgiving fare and beyond. Pulse cranberries in a food processor until chopped, but not pureed. Zest the lime and orange and add the zest to the cranberry mixture. Peel the oranges and cut into small bite-sized chunks, then toss with the cranberries. Add the sugar and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Mix again and chill until ready to use.
