Feel free to experiment with the add-ins. The beets, citrus, and yogurt are essential, but the remaining fresh and frozen ingredients can be changed up, depending on what you have on hand. Roughly chop the fresh fruits and veggies. Combine all in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
