Have a worthy cause that could use a boost?  The Co-op will happily donate a $50 gift card to any 501(C)3 non-profit that is based in Addison County or whose mission benefits Addison County residents.  If this sounds like a good fit for your organization, please fill out the form below:

Middlebury Natural Foods Co-op is proud to support local organizations who serve our community. While we would like to support every worthwhile cause, we seek to keep our impact as local as possible by focusing our charitable giving on non-profit organizations within Addison County, or those directly benefitting Addison County residents. Our standard donation is a $50 gift card and we ask that you kindly allow one week for your request to be processed. Once a decision has be made regarding your request, you will be notified and we will mail the gift card to the address you provide below.
